            <p>Welcome to Roler (the "Application", "Service"), which is provided by Sofuwaru OÜ in Estonia
                (collectively such entities will be referred to as, "we" or "us").</p>
            <p>You are reading the Terms of Service (the "Terms"), which govern the relationship and serve as an
                agreement between you and us and set forth the terms and conditions by which you may access and use the
                Application</p>
            <p>The Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and us. Please take the time to read them
                carefully. Also please take a look at Application's Privacy Policy too which explains how we collect,
                use, and share information about you when you access or use our Application</p>
            <p>By accessing or using our Application, you confirm that you can form a binding contract with us, that
                you accept these Terms and that you agree to comply with them. Your access to and use of our Services is
                also subject to our <a href="https://sofuwaru.github.io/">Privacy Policy</a> and <a
                    href="https://sofuwaru.github.io/guidelines">User Guidline</a>, the
                terms of which can be found directly in the Application, or where the Application is made available for
                download, on your mobile device’s applicable app
                store, and are incorporated herein by reference. By using the Application, you consent to the terms of
                the Application Terms of Service.</p>
            <h2>Changes to the Terms of Use</h2>
            <p>We reserve the right to change the Terms at any time, but if changes are made, we will notify you through
                our Application (for example, via an in-app popup dialog) and/or other means.
                If you do not agree to the new Terms, you will be able to reject them. Unfortunately, this will mean
                that you will no longer be able to use the Services. If you use the Services in any way after the
                changes to the Terms come into effect, this means that you agree to all changes.</p>
            <h2>Age restriction</h2>
            <p>You may only use the Application if you are at least 18 years old and of such age that you can consent to
                the processing of data in accordance with the laws of your country.</p>
            <h2>Your Account</h2>
            <p>You must register in the Application with a Google account and enter a username, your age, select avatar
                image. When you
                create this account, you must provide accurate and up-to-date information. It is important that you
                maintain and promptly update your details and any other information you provide to us, to keep such
                information current and complete. You may not
                select a username
                that you do not have the right to use, or the name of another person in order to
                impersonate him or her. You may not transfer your account to another person without our prior written
                consent. You represent and warrant that you are an individual of legal age to form a binding contract.

                You must use the Application for your internal, personal, non-commercial use only on your own behalf or
                on
                behalf of an entity you are authorized to represent, and not on behalf of or for the benefit of any
                third party, and only in compliance with all laws applicable to you. If the use of the Application is
                prohibited by laws applicable to you, you may not use the Application. We will not be or will be liable
                for
                your unlawful use of the Application.

                You agree not to share your account or password with anyone and to maintain the security of your account
                and password. You are responsible for all activity related to your account.</p>
            <p>You agree that you are solely responsible (to us and to others) for the activity that occurs under your
                account.</p>
            <h2>The following additional restrictions apply to your use of the Application:</h2>
            <p>You represent, warrant and agree that you will not upload any information, data, text, software, music,
                sound, photographs, graphics, video, messages or other materials ("Content") or use the Application or
                interact with the Application in a manner that:</p>

                <li>Infringes any intellectual property right or any other right of any person</li>
                <li>Violates any law or regulation</li>
                <li>Is harmful, fraudulent, deceptive, threatening, harassing, abusive, obscene or otherwise
                    objectionable</li>
                <li>Compromises the security of your Application account or anyone else's (for example, allowing someone
                    else
                    to use the Application under your guise)</li>
                <li>Tries to obtain another user's password, account information or other sensitive information by any
                    means</li>
                <li>Violates the security of any computer network, cracks passwords or attempts to decipher security
                    codes</li>
                <li>Uses any form of auto-responder or spam in the Application, any processes that run or are run when
                    you
                    are not using the Application, or interferes with the normal operation of the Application in any
                    other
                    way
                </li>
                <li>Copies or saves any significant portion of the Materials</li>
                <li>Decompiles, reverse engineers, or otherwise attempts to discover the source code or principles
                    underlying the Application or information related to the Application.</li>
            </ul>
            <p>Violation of any of the above provisions will be grounds for termination of your right to use or access
                the Application.</p>
            <h2>User rights in the Application</h2>
            <p>The materials displayed on or accessible through the Application, including but not limited to text,
                graphics, data, articles, photographs, images, illustrations, user materials, etc. (all of the above
                referred to hereinafter as the "Materials") are protected by copyright and/or other intellectual
                property laws. You agree to abide by all copyright notices, trademark rules, information and
                restrictions on any Content you access through the Application, and you will not use, copy, reproduce,
                modify, translate, publish, broadcast, transmit, distribute, perform, upload, display, sell, transfer
                rights to use or use any Materials that are not yours in any unlawful manner without the prior
                consent of the owner of the Materials or in a manner that violates someone else's rights</p>
            <p>You understand that Sofuwaru OÜ is the owner of the Application. You will not modify, publish, transmit,
                reproduce information related to the Application (except as expressly provided in this section),
                participate in its transfer or sale, create derivative works based on it, or use the Application in any
                other unlawful way.</p>

            <p>In the Application, you can copy and download certain Materials; however, please remember that this does
                not
                cancel all of the listed restrictions!</p>

            <h2>Content</h2>
            <p>The Application may contain information, text, links, graphics, photos, videos, or other materials
                ("Content")</p>
            <p>By submitting Your Content to the Application, you represent and warrant that you have all rights, power,
                and authority necessary to grant the rights to Your Content contained within these Terms. Because you
                alone are responsible for Your Content, you may expose yourself to liability if you post or share
                Content without all necessary rights.</p>
            <p>By publishing Content (like plot for roleplay or parther search ad) to the Application (as well as other
                Content that you publish to Roler) you
                agree to allow copy, reproduce, modify, translate, publish, broadcast, transmit, distribute, perform,
                upload,
                display the Content you published (as well as other Content that you publish to Roler) in the
                Application. Application users may
                copy the Content and use it for their own personal purposes.</p>
            <p>You agree that all permissions you grant are royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and worldwide.</p>
            <p>Any ideas, suggestions, and feedback about Roler that you provide to us are entirely
                voluntary, and you agree that we may use such ideas, suggestions, and feedback without
                compensation or obligation to you.</p>
            <p>Although we have no obligation to screen, edit, or monitor your user created content, we may, in our sole
                discretion,
                delete or remove your user created content at any time and for any reason, including for a violation of
                these Terms,
                a violation of our policy, or if you otherwise
                create liability for us.</p>
            <h2>What should I do if I see my copyright infringement in the Application?</h2>

                intellectual property rights of others and reserve the right to remove Content that is alleged to
                infringe someone's rights and to suspend the accounts of repeat infringers.</p>
            <h2>Who is responsible for what I see and do in the Application?</h2>
            <p>Any information or materials posted publicly or sent privately through the Application are the sole
                responsibility of the person from whom such materials originated. You assume the entire risk
                associated with accessing general information and materials, and we are not responsible for any errors
                or omissions in such information or materials or for any harm or damage that you may suffer in
                connection with them. We have no control over your perception and use of Content or your reactions to
                Content, and you hereby release us from liability for your receipt or non-receipt of Content through the
                Application. We cannot guarantee that all users of the Application are who you claim to be, and you are
                not
                responsible for which users access the Application.</p>
            <p>You are responsible for all Content that you post in the Application in any way. In what manner and
                responsibly declare that you have all the necessary rights to post Content in the manner you have
                chosen. Your departmental information must be accurate and current. You are responsible for all your
                actions in the Application.</p>

                controlled by Sofuwaru OÜ. When you visit sites or use third-party services, you understand that this is
                associated with risk, and Sofuwaru OÜ is not responsible for this risk. We encourage you to exercise
                caution, visit third-party sites or external services, and read their terms of service and privacy
                policies.</p>
            <p>Sofuwaru OÜ cannot control and is not responsible for compliance with the requirements and accuracy,
                privacy policies, rules and Opinions of any third parties with whom you interact through the Services.
                In addition, Sofuwaru OÜ has no way to control, check, criticize or censor any external site or service.
                By using the Services, you release us from any and all liability arising from your use of any third
                party website or service.</p>
            <p> Your interactions with entities or individuals through the Services, including payments, delivery of
                goods and provision of services, and any other terms, warranties or representations you may have in
                connection with private transactions, are solely between you and the individuals or entities in
                question. You should investigate before you initiate a similar move using any currency, using a simple
                method or via the Internet. You agree that Sofuwaru OÜ is not responsible for any damage or disruption
                that you may cause as a result of any such transactions.</p>

            <p>We are always trying to improve the Application, so they may change over time. We may suspend or
                discontinue
                any part of the Application, introduce new features, limit existing features, or prohibit access to some
                parts of the Application or all of the Application. We will try to notify you when we make material

                the Application that may negatively affect you, but this is not always possible. We also reserve the
                right
                to remove any Content from the Application at any time for any reason (including, without limitation, if

                following will survive: your obligations to pay or indemnify damages, any limitations on our liability,

                WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES ARE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, RELIABLE, CURRENT, OR ERROR FREE. SOFUWARU OÜ DOES NOT
                CONTROL, ENDORSE, OR TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY CONTENT AVAILABLE ON OR LINKED TO THE SERVICES OR THE
                ACTIONS OF ANY THIRD PARTY OR USER, INCLUDING MODERATORS. WHILE SOFUWARU OÜ ATTEMPTS TO MAKE YOUR ACCESS
                TO AND USE OF OUR SERVICES SAFE, WE DO NOT REPRESENT OR WARRANT THAT OUR SERVICES OR SERVERS ARE FREE OF
                VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.</p>
            <p>SOFUWARU OÜ RESERVES THE RIGHT TO INVESTIGATE AND, IF APPROPRIATE, SUSPEND OR TERMINATE YOUR ACCOUNT
                WITHOUT A REFUND IF SOFUWARU OÜ BELIEVES THAT YOU HAVE VIOLATED THESE TERMS, MISUSED OUR SERVICES, OR
                BEHAVED IN A WAY THAT WE REGARD AS INAPPROPRIATE OR UNLAWFUL, ON OR OFF OUR SERVICES. WE RESERVE THE
                RIGHT TO MAKE USE OF ANY PERSONAL, TECHNOLOGICAL, LEGAL, OR OTHER MEANS AVAILABLE TO ENFORCE THE TERMS,
                AT ANY TIME WITHOUT LIABILITY AND WITHOUT THE OBLIGATION TO GIVE YOU PRIOR NOTICE, INCLUDING, BUT NOT
                LIMITED TO, PREVENTING YOU FROM ACCESSING THE SERVICES.</p>

                Indemnification To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold Sofuwaru OÜ,
                harmless from and against any claims, demands, damages (direct or indirect), losses and expenses
                (including attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with any third party claim relating
                to (a) your use of the Services (including any actions by a third party using your account) and (b) your
                breach of these Terms.
